Tech Addiction Explained
Over the past year, I have been fortunate enough to partner with the American Psychiatric Association to educate the public on the potential dangers of addictive technologies such as social media.
As part of that initiative, we put together a short explainer video that you can share with family and friends.
One of the hardest parts about getting help is recognizing the problem in the first place. We hope this video makes that a little easier.
